How to use Add music

What it does

Put a music file on a video. You can replace the video's original sound with the music, or mix the music over the original sound. The video is processed on your device and is not uploaded.

Step by step

  1. Drop a video file onto the page, or click to choose one.
  2. On the “Music” tab, click “Choose music file” and pick the music file to add. If it isn't an audio file, or it can't be opened, a message appears.
  3. Under “Sound”, choose “Replace” or “Mix”. The default is “Replace”.
  4. Set “Music volume” between 0% and 200%. The default is 100%.
  5. Click “Add music”. When it finishes, use “Save” to download the file, or “Keep going” to pass it to another tool.

Can I keep the original sound and add music on top?
